Our staff receive training on the requirements of the AODA Integrated Accessibility Standards Regulation and the Ontario Human Rights Code as it relates to persons with disabilities. Training is provided to all staff who interact with patients and members of the public and is updated as required when changes to our accessibility policies or applicable standards occur.
