Safeguards and Retention

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information to protect against loss, theft, and unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. We retain personal health records for the period required by applicable law and the records- retention requirements of the relevant regulatory colleges, after which the information is securely destroyed.
